What Is Aspen Grove?
Aspen Grove is a coalition of many people. Some are solitaries, others are leaders and elders from different traditions, groups, and covens, who have come together to fill a void within our local pagan community.
We believe in community.
We believe in integrity.
We believe in respect for each other.
We believe in support for each other.
We believe in harmonious contributions of individuals and groups.
We believe in accountability for our own actions.
We believe in creating a Healthy, and safe space for all to come and share in.
We believe in the human nature and that people will act in accordance with what is natural to them. If however that nature produces actions which are predatory, harmful, unethical or abusive, we reserve the right to ask the offender to leave any Aspen Grove event.
We know that not every one will agree on everything all the time, we accept that as a fact.
We believe in striving to set examples that others can follow.
We believe in a healthy, diverse, and vibrant pagan community.
We honor our diversity.
We honor our similarities.
We embrace change, for it is ever present and without change we become stagnant.
We believe in giving others the opportunity to learn through the hosting of different events and festivals, by providing the support they need to do so.
We believe in being a resource for those who are in the pagan community or even new to the pagan community.
We offer ourselves as a group to be a resource of knowledge and experience for all in the community who seek us out.
We believe that the pagan community is greater than any one person or group. We, being part of this community, offer Aspen Grove as a nexus for its’ future growth and well being.
The intent of Aspen Grove is to leave as our legacy, the gift of education, respect, ethics, honor and hope for a healthy, and strong pagan community.
