An ancient bird, the phoenix, the essence of the sun, journeys through life, death, and rebirth to fully experience the cycle of eternity.

This ritual is alchemical in nature and is symbolic for the cycle of the sun rising and setting, like the stages of life and death, to illustrate understanding of the eternal spiritual journey of the sun and ourselves. This rite illustrates an alchemical key of the mysteries of the inner sun.
